Our homes are part of the community and create a welcoming healthy environment. All of our cooperative living homes are specifically designed to provide affordable housing, basic living amenities, and information to access other resources.

Veteran Supportive Housing
Our supportive housing provides safe and affordable living for independent veterans.
We work directly with the VA and all affiliations of the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines to ensure that our service professionals are provided with quality and safe housing upon returning home. We provide transitional living and supportive housing for Veterans of the armed forces throughout the local area.

Senior Supportive Homes
We provide supportive housing for independent seniors. Many seniors these days are independent, but on fixed incomes, and in need of low-income and low-cost housing in a shared living environment. That is where we can assist. We have properties that are specifically designed and managed for seniors on fixed incomes.

Sober Living Homes
Our organization provides a safe, affordable environment that cultivates sober living for those with addiction and alcohol and drug related problems. We have properties that are specifically designed and managed for those with dependency related issues such as alcohol and drugs. These homes maintain a drug and alcohol free environment similar to all our other homes, but also provide supportive resources for mandatory AA and NA classes and counseling.
